Who is the Least Popular Penitatas Round 5

This is a tournament to see which Penitatas is unpopular.

Okay Rouge2 X3 and :3. I think and hopefully know your three part question itself for sure even if someone gets to answering it for himself or herself first ^_^, but let's see if I'm truly right for sure and I shall do my best =3. For the first half the answer is Amy Rose herself. The second half answer the name of the restaurant is Chez Amy as the name of the restaurant itself adapted from the episode title itself. And the third half answer is hopefully I'm right but if not let me know and I'll keep trying if I can :)... Could it be the :D... Amy Royale by any chance? Thanks for letting me try :3 and ;3.

Okay Rouge2 X3 and :3! I know I got the two answers right still but all I can say in the words of Yoda himself and I quote "There is no try.' but I'll re-give you the answers for one and two in the form of a review and hope that I'll keep trying no matter who gets this question right for sure ^_^ and =3.

Very well then since I finally got one way or another since correcting myself for the third answer to the third part of the question and all just now Rouge2 X3 and ^_^, let me say this to you kindly right now and vote after what I say to you now and that is "Boo-yah!". Anyways Rouge2 :D, for my two extra votes for Round 5 right or wrong along with the correction of answer three itself I'll got with :3... I'll go with the two best characters to vote for right now to make it a bit more interesting for this contest and tournament itself Rouge2 since I still got it right one way or another ^w^, and still nailed it and are in a good mood since I thought about being a cat lover relaxing after a stressful time dealing with an easy to hard question itself and it was tough choice for Annabelle and Stella since I may have to let fate decide for them next round or not and I'll truly go with for my cat loving self in the form of Virtuoso and Cindy themselves =3. I wouldn't say that Rouge2 X3 and ^_^. One way or another for sure Rouge2 :3, right or wrong predictions all that matters is that I would wait and see what fate holds for us for the correct predictions to be revealed to us real soon for sure but we'll just wait and see if all of your predictions are right or wrong for sure until the next round and the next set of results too =3. Don't worry about being wrong with your predictions for sure Rouge2 :D and =D, just stay calm, take it easy, hope for the best, wait and see the answers fate provide for us soon and I'll see you soon for the next round and more of the contest itself too :3 and ;3.
