Who is the Least Popular Penitatas Round 4

This is a tournament to see which Penitatas is unpopular.

Okay Rouge2 X3 and ^_^. Since we're now in round 4 as we speak :3, I do believe that I know the episode Tails' Crush since I saw that one for myself just recently or so and I do have the right answer since I'm hoping that I got it just now since I luckily do know who the girl that Tails loved so much for himself =3. The answer is :)... Zooey XD and :D. Right then Rouge2 X3 and ^_^. I had two votes last time :3, so let's be kind to let the other use two votes for the same person or two other people and just let my one vote decide for us by fate instead with a kind heart and a peaceful attitude =3.
