well, if i got it right so i think that this "law" is quite stupid... if the woman is older than 18 years and with small breasts, it's stupid totake it authomatically like supporting of pedophilia. What if the woman simply has small breasts naturally? Will they force them to go for plastic surgery breast to make the breasts bigger? What if these women don't want to have fake and bigger breasts? It's true that "flat" women are ugly, because honestly...being too flat looks weird and there's nothing nice... but still it's their choice and it doesn't mean that they authomatically encourage a philia... I think the biggest problem with this is the message they are sending out. We are constantly trying to tell people to be happy with thier own bodies. Now there is the government saying that if you have one type of body, it is not ok. Definitely mixed signals there.

If you know how bras are measures (the difference of the band size at and below the breasts), she would be a C-cup. But at her diminutive size, a C-cup for her is almost unnoticeable. To assume that a certain fetish will create criminals is absurd, that's like saying liking expensive cars make people car thieves. I prefer small breasts, as well as loli and shotaro styled characters in art (even outside of porn). That doesn't mean I'm going to start breaking laws or cross moral boundaries and I'm pretty sure most other people with the same preferences would think so as well. People who would do so likely weren't magically transformed that way by media of any kind.
Sure, certain factors in a person's environment will affect them in a way, but criminals become that way for complex reasons, such as an undeveloped emotional age, emotions, poor upbringing, to the fact that some people can just be jerks. Nobody can make a law that makes a quick fix. The Prohibition didn't stop people from drinking, anti-drug laws doesn't stop people from using illegal drugs, and banning small breasted women from appearing in porn, sure is hell isn't going to stop pedophiles, especially considering that the differences between a prepubescent child and an adult goes way more than the size of that person's breasts.
People who are criminals are the problem, but when governments try striking at something that only appears related to the crime due to ignorance (of the lawmakers or the people who want the laws made), then they're just placating people rather than doing anything to stop the crime itself while angering innocent people in the process.

But in the USA, there is a federal law stating that "loli" art is a form of child pornagraphy. Does not matter if it is just a nude like posing on a table or full blown sex act with actual penetration, such art is child porn.
Do I agree with it? No but that is me. The government is stupid that way. All governments are stupid in that way (and in many other ways as well). I could tell you stories of my friend who I stated above, but it would take up all the of the 4000 character limit of this posting. For now, the cops and various businesses know her well enough to leave her alone and respect her adulthood. She has been picked up for truancy- of all things; AND possessing fake identification! It is until I show up with, of all things, her birth certificate and second copy of her social security card (the birthdate is encoded in the numbers so one can verify a stated birthday with the proper code), and have a scathing talk with the local police captain (I was a cop for 10 years so I know how to talk to one and tell them off!), is she let go. This Aussie Law bothers me. How do ladies like my Rachel handle it, looking like a young teenager when they are more than double the age they appear to be? The USA tried to pass similar laws in the past and failed; there is a lobby of "little people" making sure they are are treated like adults despite looking like an 8 year old. I (and Rachel too) hopes that such laws would simply disappear. There is a difference between protecting those who cant protect themselves and those who dont need any protection. It seems that governments cant seem to tell the difference.

The last I heard, the US law about loli art was overruled. If they bust a guy with real CP on his computer, and he's got a lot of loli stuff too, they might use it as extra ammo somehow, but I don't think a prosecution SOLELY for loli art would succeed.
Does Australia have anything similar to the US Supreme Court? I'd love for some petite woman to sue them saying it's limiting her free expression.
