Alas, all good things must come to an end. I'm moving back to the UK early next month, and I'm holding a farewell dinner as a furmeet that you can read about on Lone Star Furs. I figured some of you might not be regular readers, so I'd drop a note here. Forum registration is required; but if you're in DFW, you should be a member to keep up with the furmeets, anyway. ;)
I also mention some stuff there that I'm looking to distribute for highly reasonable prices before I go. If you're interested but can't be around on Sunday, you're welcome to contact me and pick it up some time next week. A few items (particularly the double-size scanner) would be suitable for shipping.
To forestall the inevitable question: no, I probably won't be at IFC/MFF this year. By the time I leave, I'll have used up all my permitted visitor days for 2014. I do, however, have a ticket for Eurofurence.
Maybe $10 for the UPS? It'll otherwise go to a garage sale, would rather someone who'd use it well. It's worked well for me on several occasions with power outages.
There are a bunch . . . are you interested in any particular topic? I have lots on various areas of programming theory/practice and computing in general. A fair number of furry. There's science fiction and fantasy too, but a lesser number - most of those were left at home. Oh, and a few investing books. I can bring some along easily, though ideally I'd know what topics not to bother bringing.
