I'm so sorry, people. I did not receive five acceptable entries. I held out until the very last instant, hoping that someone would post ONE more entry that would mean I could run the contest, but I didn't.
...I'm horribly disappointed... I WANTED to give out cash for a good job. I had one hundred dollars set aside in my bank account, and I was willing to give it out. I specifically spent time finding ways to save money so that I wouldn't spend that money meant for this contest.
...But I only received four acceptable submissions. I apologize IMMENSELY to everyone who entered the contest and put their hard work forward. I am truly grateful that you decided to enter my contest, and you have my thanks for making the attempt. But there is no point in judging a contest that no one is interested in.
I apologize to those who put the effort into this contest, and also to all my fans. I may run a contest later in the summer and try again, but for now I'm done.
I enjoyed reading all of these immensely, and it would be unfair at this point to say which one was my favorite or which one would have won. Thank you to everyone who entered.

Honestly, I would have participated myself, but the minimum submission limit scared me off from the start. I didn't want to put a huge amount of effort into something and still be, in essence, disqualified based purely upon the interest and willingness of others, rather than my own merits.

Well, I would have if I were more motivated to write... and I had maybe noticed about it sooner. As it is, I haven't been up for checking journals often for a LONG time, except on one specific site for MLP stuff. I've been checking more often at least on here, in regards to possible streams or messages, only saw about it last week and didn't really come up with anything on the spot. Not to mention, I'm not sure if would need to know enough about Sally and Bunnie to have done it justice. *shrugs* Well, could've extended it, but I'm guessing what with as much as time as people had, would've been enough. Even if some of us (namely myself) weren't aware of it until around the very end.
