So many of you noticed my Telegram chat "The Slootville" was suddenly banned from Telegram. I received a message from Telegram's abuse notifications, and they stated the following. Your community The Slootville was blocked for violations of the Telegram Terms of Service (https://telegram.org/tos) (illegal goods - drugs) based on user reports confirmed by our moderators.
If you think this is not correct, you can appeal this decision by sending an appeal to this chat.
My first thought was "WTF, drugs really?" Of all the things to take down a cub sharing group.. drugs? wow. So I looked into the group and saw.. you're not gonna believe me.. a conversation talking about batteries put into coca cola to make nuka cola quantum.. A freakin fallout 4 reference got Slootville blocked. It's hilariously stupid.
I made an appeal to Telegram in order to reopen Slootville. I HOPE they answer because Sloot was one of the biggest cub groups active, it can't just simply disappear!
If they don't answer by the end of the week, I PROMISE we will have a new group continuing the legendary chat!

Me and a bunch of friends also had their telegram groups removed for reports of illegal activity, and they aren't even cub chats. I think telegram mods just don't want to have to investigate nsfw chats to see if the reports are real and err on the side of caution.
It almost seems random which chats on telegram get taken down.

If the server is based in TEXAS, then it's likely because of the new Law passed BANNING - Manga, Comics and Anime with any form of "Child sensative adult content" including ADULTS who APPEAR like Children. So may want to check to see where the server is based as that could have caused a sudden change in ToS.

I mentioned this before to some other artists, but Matrix might be a good place to look into for groups about cub and stuff. It works similar to Baraag/Mastodon in that users can host there own servers and there's plenty of cub friendly ones on there (like cutefunny). It also isn't compromised like Telegram is right now.

I really appreciated it. I’ve been in many adult groups, but this was the first I actually felt like I didn’t have to fight against the clique.
