People can't post images, but viewing stuff is fine. Comments, journals, and notes are working.

Apparently, the number of files stored on the image server hit a hard limit, and they have to split everything up into smaller partitions. I wouldn't be surprised if after 20 years, they built up a lot of orphaned files that shouldn't even be there.
