I would taste it, but honestly the cook on that meat doesn't look very appetizing. I have done something like that once at a dive burger joint that has since shutdown. The Coronary Combo was a huge burger, a pile of poutine and a shake. For finishing it they took my picture to go on their "Wall of Gluttony" :)

well i could only eat 2lbs. of it , but damn thats a big one, sorta reminds me of a place in flint called the rag top bar and gril they had a hambuger called the big ass buger and if you could eat the whole thing it was free and that was huge it was about 12" across and i think about 10" thick , one of my friends was able to eat a whole one , but this one WOW thats a giant one ..
