Furaffinity, the largest furry site of the world and also the most controversial because of its policies, once again made a big hit towards many of their artists. If your character is cute looking or canonically short or a bit chibi, even if is adult, you aren't safe anymore there.
More than a decade ago they banned a lot artwork content which changed the furry world in that time... and now in July 2023 is going to happen again. Now they attacking cute/young looking Adult characters but mostly their attack is focused on Pokemon and Digimon. They edited the journal for make "clarifications" but seems that the new policies will affect badly the users anyway.

Regarless of the opinion about Furry Cub artwork, this is an unnecesary attack towards furries that been for years and some even decades in that site. You shouldn't be attacked for look like a twink (that is legal) or be a short species. This affected so many people, mostly the artists focused on pokemon artwork and seems the mods and owner don't care at all. Am so thankful that Inkbunny exist that is still of the few sites that don't discriminate people for their artstyle and personal fantasies that dont damage anyone. Of course this site also has its rules but are mostly so everyone can have a good time.
If you have friends in Furaffinity that has any short, cute or chibi characters in there, Warn them before they be attacked in July and that they don't try discuss with the FA mods, there is a very long history of those mods only cause more problems, edging on abuse, and ignore most concerns of the users... kinda like happens with Twitter.

I read the new rule change the day it was posted on FA. Seriously. Deciding if a character looks under age based on appearance and proportions? They're goddamned anthros! They're nothing like what we have in RL, which is the standard that is being used. Granted, there can be clearly cub looking characters. But what if you had a character that's 18-20 but has a micro-penis? Physically looks young and clearly the proportions are not adult-like with the junk being small. Should have just come out and said they wanted Tall, muscular Mr. Universe, hung-like-a-blue-whale males and females built like Chyna when she still wrestled, but 77DD tits. I understand why Fender made the first rule. Said it himself. Needed the revenue from advertisement and legally gray areas were still areas that the people he had to go through to get the money from advertisements didn't like gray areas. the new rule is just asinine.
