Heart Attack

At 2:30 am on Saturday the 9th I had a heart attack. I was rushed to the hospital and got a stent put in my heart to relieve a 90% blockage. I am back home and recovering, everything went well.

A sudden and intense squeezing-pressure on the front of my chest, difficulty breathing, and pain radiating down both of my arms. As time went on, it moved into my neck and jaw, as well, as hypertension continued. I was hooked up to oxygen, then had two catheters put in my arms, had contrast dyes and morphine injected, and honestly the pain of all of that and the cut into my arm to snake a stent up to my heart was a relief compared to the pain, the, struggling to breathe and thinking I was going to die.

Mostly, doing my best to keep to my medications, sticking with the healthier diet except for a bit of cheating now and again. Feeling ok, though the exercise is leaving me exhausted all the time 'cause of my CFS.
