I'll be continuing where I left off yesterday, the stream will be around 7:30pm - 8:00pm EST (that is UTC -4:00). I'm writing it as a journal so people know about it beforehand.
Newb at posting? You do realise there is such a thing its right up there with posting in all caps, its a social expeted norm, saddly newbs are a minority making there rather new to internet world views kind of screwy. Wow I don't know whats sadder, your hypocritical care bearism or your retort. Seriously just because the schools have to promote hand holding to avoid lawsuits doesn't mean that is even close to how the world works, or should work. I learned more life lessons from bullies,and adults I didn't even know telling me flat out as a kid, thats not right; then people who want us all to be friends. Its better to be thought a fool, then open your mouth and be proved one, or in the nets case its better to be relatively unknown then a known fool.
You can't get more newb then posting first, especially with Trolololo added in, its kind of like those kids who shout penis at the mall, in there mind its the coolest thing ever, but until they find out otherwise, they look like idiots, and make their parents look bad. Newb basically means ignorant or unaware of basic stuff. But hey you seem to have the air about you like you know what your saying, even if your sentence says otherwise so go Google the word, before you assume its a swear word because some kids got it banned on Xbox live.

Thank you very much for going through the time to explain this common term that many forget the definition of, however, please note that the term you wish to be describing in your post is 'Noob' not 'Newb' being that 'Newb' conotates a newbie or someone who is new to the scene and may not yet be aware of all the rules. 'Noob's on the other hand either know the rules/norms and ignore them or don't care to learn them in the first place. I believe that you already know this, however, i wished to straighten this out for anyone who later reads your informative post.
P.S. Avalon you're doing a hell of a job and I would like to inform you there are more than you would think that have followed you for over a year and are still following your wonderful work and understand the difficulties one comes across in their day to day lives. Therefore best of luck on the culmination of the game and had you not already stated your recent release sate I would've suggested you aim instead for Easter Sunday for the shear irony of such a day.

@ Blanman: You're right, you can be a newb at posting. Thank you for pointing out the obvious. My response was a knee jerk reaction to an annoying post, and obviously wasn't well thought out. And no, there was no "care bearism" because I called both of them annoying. In my response, I was simply stating that BrodieBoy was more annoying for responding with the trite "fuggin noob" to an idiotic post that should have been ignored. Hell, if he had insulted iviqrr in a less anoying and overdone fashion I would have held my peace. And yes, I realize that by responding to his post, I myself was acting like an idiot. What I find strange in your response is that you recognize my understanding of the word newb, but simply call me an idiot for failing to recognize that iviqrr was acting newbish, and then turn around and call me an idiot who doesn't understand the word's meaning after all. I admit I was being stupid, but you went above and beyond what was necessary to bash that stupidity...but, whatever. I do agree with some of the other things you posted, so I can't argue against your post in entirety.
@ KronosMancer: Thank you for pointing out the difference between noob and newb. I did indeed mistake the definition of noob to mean newb. I thought they were simply alternate spellings of the same word, since that is how I have always seen them used before.

Its a pet peeve of mine. Seeing how that was knee jerk response of mine, since I have gradually seen some pretty annoying shit over the past few years on the net, as more and more kids flood the net, and parents see electronics as the new babysitters/time wasters for there kids.
Anyways I'm not a silly wow kid I don't trash for the sake of trash talking, I post my opinion and unload with both barrels in the rare events shit gets to me. Then I am done, no point in continuing the argument after that, since arguing on the net is worse then the Special Olympics once you state your point of view, ain't a hell of a lot to do.
