The moderators have blocked my last 2 submissions (& one in scraps) because Rogica looks too human. That is in the rules and it is my fault for not following them. I concentrated on making Ro a cute younger version of her mother with some of her fathers features and completely spaced-out on the rule. I was lost in the "cartoon" aspect.
SO, I have three options:
1. Re-work Rogica to look more rabbit-like. I can PM some new versions of Ro to the moderators for judgement. Then if I have more than one that I like, I might post them here for your vote. If there's just one that passes I'll decide whether or not to go ahead. This will take a lot of work redoing the gifs, and I don't know if it's worth it.
2. Post the gifs someplace else and just post journals with links here. I don't really like the "noise" on most of the other sites I'm familiar with, though. I mean, how many times have I said I know I'm not a good artist? I don't need some wise-ass telling me how shitty my art work is. I'll listen to anyone willing to give me constructive advise, but if someone doesn't like my stuff they don't have to look at it. The Inkbunny crowd is pretty good and I'd hate to leave.
3. Give up posting and go back to just doing this for myself and close friends. This one is tempting, but I'll wait to hear from the crowd. I know I lost some of the Baby Cream fans when I started Cream-18 and even more when Rogica arrived, but it looks like a few people enjoy the new story.
FWIW, I'm 99% finished with the next gif and it's my favorite one so far. If I ever get a chance to post it I know some of you will get some chuckles and maybe even some, ummmm, stimulation.
I guess I could say that Ro is a Werebunny and just change the last unposted gif, claiming that the full moon came out. . . ;-3
Anyway, I tried to get away from just imitating other artists and find a path of my own. I'm enjoying it, and if you are too, let me know. I apologize for not replying to more of your comments, but I do read them and if I reply to some and not yours, please don't be offended. My RL friends bitch me out all the time for not replying to their emails, so don't feel alone.
Someone posted some of my stuff at rule34.paheal.net but I haven't looked to see if the last ones are there because I end up reading the idiot comments about how shitty the art work is and why does Sonic have blue arms. Some of the gifs posted there are the originals and not the revisions posted here. Nothing I've done so far is copyrighted, so post whatever you want where ever you want. I don't mind. I'm not an artist and I only do this for my own enjoyment.
So, what should I do to get back to the Happy Trails?
