So, I was looking at my own user page here and it's just so... empty. I was feeling bad about it, because while I am active here it's always to watch artists that don't have a presence elsewhere or who post their full-resolution images here.

I honestly have nothing against the site, and in fact like a lot of things about it, but I find it hard to keep up and keep current with multiple sites. So I just wanted to let my (few) watchers/viewers know that I am active here, just not with posting art.

Are you aware of FA to IB? It can be quite useful for this kind of situation (when it's available).

No, I had no idea but it seems like a great way to at least copy the gallery over, which is a big hurdle to keeping things synchronized. Thanks for pointing that out! I'll have to check when it's available and all that and then see how it works!

I believe you can use it for incremental updates, too - you just refresh and tick the ones you want to move over. Though, as you say, might be easier to keep up once caught up.

I'll check it out because that would be really cool. I think the page said you can choose which ones to update, but as long as you were paying attention then, yeah, you probably could keep up with it.

People having huge image galleries is probably the biggest thing tying them to a particular site. I don't know why other sites (*cough* Weasyl *cough*) don't do something like this to make it easier for people to get more involved.

I appreciate your pointing it out!
