Jaiya wears several different, elegant outfits and shi is not often topless. Shi carries a simple Kelp-stitch satchel with many assorted things, most known, hir small Kelp-wrap of Zoran Medicine. Shi has a Crab-claw Guitar which is strapped to hir back from time to time. Behind hir hair are small puncture wounds in the shape of a heart and she proudly wears a black-leather, unclasped collar elegantly inlaid with silver in the words "ABU" and stamped with a silver wolfprint.
History:
Basrimana, The second colony. Over seven generations ago the Zora of Great Bay had a messy conflict. Many Zora wished to remain an open peoples while a "prophet" among the Zora arose to bring "order" to the Zora through Monarchy. This conflict was never settled and the followers of the prophet left to form their promised land, Basrimana. Their laws became so strict it became more of a religion with the aging prophet as it's god.
This is why I am here. I was born out of Fin-lock. While it's true that I have brothers and sisters I alone was the only one different, with distinct color and appearance, and that made me suspicious. Growing up I loved to explore outside the limits of Basrimana and was scolded on many occasions. I found my talent in the art of music and song, but my lyrics of love were seen as edging on blasphemy. The final straw was my questioning the prophet himself as to why love was so limited. I was immediately exiled.
I asked for entrance to the Zora Hall but soon found myself at odds with the people. They weren't outrightly mean, I just couldn't stand the constant rumors. My mother had secretly told me that I was her gift from a famous musician. My looking like him spread MANY rumors within the Hall. Again I left my people. I traveled beyond the ocean and to the Clock Town. Inside the Clock tower I found refuge in a small pool. One night I had a nightmare and found myself awake in the arms of of a strange feline. He said he was swimming in a spring when I floated to the surface, thrashing wildly.
It was bright. The sky was warm and the air was less humid as I looked at the world around me. I had found myself here and the feline was an albino Tabby named Sunseahl. I befriended him followed him here. Now I'm just waiting for my world to be okay again. To be able to laugh and sing as I did when I was young. I pray to the gods of my world that I should find it here. My name is Jaiya or "Between Worlds" in Zoran. I am a Futa, and so I am literally between the male and female worlds.
