Well, I was a furry several years before I even knew what it was, or had even heard of it. What else can I say, other than, eight-year-old boys are very impressionable. I'm not a kid anymore, but I'm still in love with anthropomorphics. I started out with anything I could get my hooves on, but now, as I have access to the entire community, I distinguish between what I consider good, and what I consider bad, and I try not to look at the bad stuff. What is bad in my book... Well, let's take a line from Jay Naylor: "If it's not a genuine Catco Catboy, it's just another lame anime human with cat ears." I don't mind humans being involved, but if all you did was slap cat ears on a human, it's not a furr.
Unfortunately, I don't have a fursona to speak of right now, which is why I use my ponysona. My fursona is a goat, though, not a pony, so don't go getting that confused. When I find the time, I'll get around to getting my fursona uploaded. After I finish him.
