Look like these two are in quiet the predicament here, below is one version of how it happened and how much they get tickled for. pt one.^_^

Dragon Shine and Starshine squirmed impatiently in their carseats as their Mommy piloted the cloud-car.

Wish bear replied happily with a smile as she continued to drive the cloud car as they just landed in front of the house. Wish bear got out and undid there buckles while Shimmers went to go knock on the door. Aqua bear was the one too greet Shimmer and invited him in as Wish bear took the cubs inside.
"Hello star shine how are you?" Lonesomeheart giggled as she picked her up from underneath her arms and nuzzled noses with her affectionately and kissing the cute cub all over her face. Dragonstar tried to avoid being picked up by aqua bear, but was also gathered and scooped up by the blue bear as he hugged and nuzzled noses with him which made dragonstar laugh and giggle and blush since he loved the attention.
"Oh, I'm going to hug you till you can't take it anymore!" Aqua bear said as he nuzzled noses with dragonstar bear loving the fact he couldnt refuse his hugging attacks which made the scene all the more adorable.

Both cubs scamper excitedly to where the parents were waiting, embracing the large bears in tight hugs.
"Will you bring us back presents?" asked Starshine hopefully, still glomping her Mommy.... [/QUOTE]
"If your good, and arent sad cubs we will." Wish bear promised as they embraced the cubs back. Shimmers embraced both cubs into a tight hug before taking off and letting them go about there normal duties. as they waved the sitters goodbye. Aqua bear giggled as he knew what was going to happen next. Come on kids you must be thirsty." He said giving them beverages at the table which were v8s. [/QUOTE]
The cubs wrinkled their noses at the unusual scent, having never drank V8 before. Still they were thirsty and soon emptied the cans... [/QUOTE]
"Good girl!" Cooed Lonesomeheart as she brushed behind her ears affectionately. Dragonstar bear looked on almost sadly since he didnt get the same praise. Aqua bear noticed this and nibbled on his ear which made him squeal. "Good boy!" Aqua bear said as he nuzzled noses with the cub who blushed on his cheeks as he hugged aqua bear back loving the attention he was getting. "Ohh you two are so good, did you want too come with us for something extra special?" Lonesomeheart giggled. [/QUOTE]

Aqua bear led the two cubs to the giggling room. As they led them in, aqua bear turned on a light revealing two tables with metal stocks in them with blocks that had feathers, clawed gloves, and hands as the images on the blocks. THey also had feathers on the ground of different colors. Lonesomeheart and aqua bear gaged at there reactions. The metal tables had the bottom clasps spread apart, and the ones above were closer together. "Tada! Well, what do you think?" Asked Lonesomeheart wondering if they were going to catch on what was about ot happen them! [/QUOTE]
Dragonshine stared dumbfounded at the grownup bears' elaborate torture room, unable to react.

Aqua bear picked up Dragonstar bear from underneath his arms and nuzzled noses with him making him smile and blush. He loved being shown affection, even if it was to the point of embarrassment. "Why don't you demonstrate for your sister? Now give me your foot!'" He said as he kissed him on the lips affectionately making him blush but didnt refuse his uncles affection. (have him resist, ^^ hehe but smiling since hes getting the attention and love he wants begging cutely and keeping his limbs away from aqua bear but keeps getting distracted from being kissed and nuzzled hehe) 'Aww, such a cute cub you are!" Teased aqua bear as he gave the poor cub a razzberry on his tummy. [/QUOTE]
Dragonshine squeaked in distressed giggles at the sudden raspberry on his tummy and tensed up even more, becoming heavy and wriggly in the older bear's arms... [/QUOTE]
aqua bear used this distraction to his advantage and tied one of his feet into the metal stocks trapping it, "Now give me your other foot!" Giggled aqua bear as he chased his other ankle around with one paw while holding him up with the other. [/QUOTE]
'Hey!" Dragonshine protested, tugging fruitlessly at the restraint.... [/QUOTE
Aqua bear giggled as he managed to get a hold of his other foot and locked it in. "Now give me your right paw!" He said as he giggled trying too grab his wrist! [/QUOTE]
Still squirming, Dragonshine reached down with both paws to try and free his footpaws... [/QUOTE]
Aqua bear giggled and managed to get his right arm and quickly tied it above his head. Even if he wanted to now he couldn't reach down to even reach the metal clamps on his foot paws as aqua bear scratched him underneath his chin in a teasing manner. "Hehe, give me your other hand!" Giggled aqua bear as he chased his hand paw around. [/QUOTE]
Baby Dragonshine continued to strain against his bonds. He had no intention of letting Aqua tie his other paw. Meanwhile, Starshine was quietly backing away from the crazy bears.... [/QUOTE]
Lonesmoeheart quickly picked her starshine up from underneath the arms and nuzzled noses with her. "Ohh and where do you tink your going cutie?" She said happily as she kissed her on the muzzle. Meanwhile aqua bear giggled as dragontstar bear kept his arm away from him so he got an idea. He tickled his ribs on the side of his free arms which caused his hand to instinctively come out to prodtect himself, aqua bear quickly grabbed his other arm and muscled it over his head and tied it in then scratched him playfully underneath the chin. "hehe, are you ready to find out why they call it the giggling room?" He said as he wiggled his fingers in front of him tauntingly as he squeezed his ribs on both sides softly and excited at the fact he couldnt defend himself now! Look sweetie your bother is showing you how this works!" She said as starshine looked on in horror and fear. [/QUOTE]

starshine shuttered and even began whimpering as she saw her big brother trying to resist! "Oh hehe I think this is your worst spot is it not?" Giggled aqua bear as he continued to move them around in his under arms faster.

Dragonshine, however, couldn't reply having finally broken down into a fit of helpless giggling.

That made Lonesomeheart temporarily lose her grip on starshine bear, but instead of chasing after her, she just went by the door and closed it and cut off her only chance of escape. "Now come here little darling," She said calling for the cub. "Having troubles dear?" Aqua bear asked. "Yes, I need help catching star shine. "Okay/" He said as he stopped tickling dragonstar bear and chased the cub around the room till he finally had her cornered while lonesomeheart guarded teh entrance as aqua bear slowly closed in on her surroundings. Trapped, Starshine made a dash toward Aqua, trying to slip between his legs (and maybe headbutt him in the crotch if the opportunity presented itself).,, [/QUOTE]
But aqua bear was far too smart to fall for that, he waited till the last minute till fell to his knees and extended his arms out and grabbed a fleeing starshine from behind and took her into a nice warm hug and nibbled on her ear. "Ohhh, your so cute when you resist like this!" Giggled aqua bear as he then picked her up and carried over to the table as Lonesomeheart smiled and walked over to her as Lonesomeheart started grabbing her ankles and put the clamps over them while aqua bear nuzzled noses with the cub. Asked aqua bear. "If you tell us we might be more lenient, otherwise your going to be getting alot more tickling!" Giggled aqua bear. [/QUOTE]

He said evilly as he nuzzled noses wtih the cub before rummaging through a black box and showing two pairs of brown clawed gloves which he put on! He wiggled them in front of dragonstar bear. "Now, are those underarms in need of some tickling?" He giggled wanting to savor dbs reaction! Meanwhile, Lonesomeheart finally got a hold of starshines wrist and quickly locked into the stock! "Last chance, are you going to tell me where yor most ticklish?" Lonesomeheart heart giggled as she began too run her paws up and down her feet, [/QUOTE]
Dragonshine whimpered and arched his back, trying to keep the devilish gloves as far away from himself as possible.

Dragonstar bear was kept busy as Aqua bear giggled as he circled his under arms up and down with a evil glint in his eyes as he heard his laughter get louder! "Hehe, there's no escape dragons! Just submit! There is no escape!" He giggled as he began doing the devestating spider tickling technique up and down his underarms! [/QUOTE]
Starshine was giggling now and trying to press her soles against the floor...
Dragonshine's composure was completely broken. Peals of laughter erupted from his throat as he jerked about sharply against the cruel bonds.... [/QUOTE]

Good, that means they will be the main focus here for the next few hours!" Giggled aqua bear as his thumb claws tickled up and down and occasionally squeezed to meet the finger claws pulling softly on his under arms then would circle tickle his under arms up and down violently! aqua bear giggled as he circled from his bottom rib all the way up to his ticklish under arms and dug his claws into them violently tickling up and down! DRAGONSTAR OPENED HIS EYES MOMENTARILY and gave aqua bear a desparate look with a huge smile on his face shaking his head while he begged! Aqua's bear grin just got wider as he knew he just made him alot more ticklish with this technique he just used to inuse more ticklishness on his exposed under arms and was making certain to keep it there as his claws tickled happily up and down masterfully making the cub violently close his eyes and smile and laugh alot louder! Lonesomeheart moved her paws upwards to starshines side and messaged and tickled that area and tickled up and down testing the cubs ticklishness with a evil glint in her eye! [/QUOTE]

She giggled as she revealed her own pink stinky sock. "Now say aww!" She giggled as her eyes were beginning to water as well with both bears excited at the fact they couldnt knock the socks away from there faces cept shake there heads in protest!^_^ [/QUOTE]

aqua bear giggled and grabbed dragonstar's nose and plugged it up and kept the sock nearby as he made his mouth the only way to breath! When he opened his mouth to take a gulp of air he stuffed the sock in his mouth and reinforced another stinky sock around his mouth and behind his head so he couldn;t spit it out! Lonesomeheart giggled as she decided too a different approach! "Hehe open your mouth!" She giggled as she ran her claws softly on her right side ribs as she had the stinky sock at the ready as she looked at a worried cub not liking where thsi was going! (hehe please give a descriptive reaction of dragonstar's reaction ^_^ like his eyes watering, and how he smell is terrible and the panick hes feeling now of helplessness please ^^) [/QUOTE]
Dragonshine gagged on the sock, his eyes already beginning to water from the pungent aroma - he whimpered and attempted to dislodge the garment with his tongue, but the taste was, if anything, even worse than the smell and it was securely held in place by the second sock. Then he wiggled his claws in front of him as he withdrew nuzzling with him and softly topuched his under arms before making slow circles around them! Lonesomeheart looked at er evilly with the sock staying nearby her mouth as she did this for several seconds! "Hehe cootchie coo! Say ahh!" Aqua bear giggled as he loved that look of fear that dragonstar gave him and started digging into his under arms spider tickling up and down rubbing his thumbs on them as his fingers pricked back and forth on his exposed under arms as a huge smile went over his maw relishing his reaction! Despite her heroic resolve, Starshine's lips began to peel back revealing her teeth.

"Now, lets see how you deal with this! Cootchie coo!" She giggled as she took a momemt to place on the other claw and began tickling and messaging her ribs with the fine tips of the claws! Aqua bear ily went faster as he spider tickled up and down his under arms knowing this was true torture for the poor cub but didn't relent at all as he looked at dragon's face with a evil glint in his eyes and wide open maw! Starshine started to growl around the makeshift gag, but was soon tearing up with laughter as her poor ribs were mercilessly abused!

Aqua bear giggled as he made his paws climbed down to the bottom of dragon's ribs then moved his way upwards and dragged and circled his claws around his under arms as his mouth was wide open in a huge open smile! Aqua bear giggled as he did a nuzzling spell that woke him back up again, but this time it had a prevent faint away effect so he would have to withstand anything while he was awake! "Welcome back!" Aqua bear giggled as the tickling cotinued on dragons under arms and smiled widely on hsi maw as he focused on teh center of his ribs and focused there circling and his claws dancing and tickling there freely! the two captors decided to blind fold the two cubs now and ear plug em so tehy couldt hear, or see anything. After this rare moment of rest dragonstar felt five pointy objects on each under arm dragging down slowly on each arm pitthen dragging up again. While Starshine felt two chsar claws on her ribs continuous tickling up and down her ribs as four other sharp claws were felt poking up and down her ribs! [/QUOTE]

He said. "I promise I won't torture you, but I will definitely torture your siblings!" He giggled nuzzling noses with him making him blush loving the attention as his consious melted away not caring how he got this love and attention now, although he felt slightly guilty, but would do it anyhow since he loved the attention he was getting even more.
Starshine wet herself slightly in fear and nodded like a good girl. She didn't want any more tickling.
"Well, OK..." Dragonshine answered, not knowing what other options he had...
