This is Saluki Ratzu. Now as you may have read before, Saluki's story was quite a dark and ominous story about growing up in a tough neighborhood with a terrible childhood. Well all that has changed now...somewhat for the better! (by the way, Shout outs to Parappa the Rapper 2 for the title)
Since the Ratzu Universe has been established as the universe where Sylvia originally came from, it is impossible for Saluki to have had a terrible childhood caused by criminals because the Ratzu universe is known for having a VERY low population. Saluki basically lived alone within the cities build on the Universe, but her toughness is a reflection of how much she would have to prepare for the exploration of other worlds outside of her own.
The Sad story about her childhood is actually the story that Kao wrote when he thought she was just a character, rather than a memory, so that story will still be around to showcase who Saluki is, but that doesn't mean Saluki is any different of a person than the story entails. She's still a strong, flirty, powerful dominatrix who protects those she cares about, and stomps enemies flat under her massive heels.
Personality: Saluki is strong, tough, and clearly dominant. She has a heart so strong that she doesn't even flinch at the thought of one inflicting pain on her cause she'll dish it right back 10 fold. She often speaks as if she does whatever she wants and no one can tell her otherwise, but that just reflects her powerful nature that the Ratzus are known for, as nothing comes between them and anything they care about, and Saluki makes sure that rude types or anyone who causes problems will regret it...as they go the rest of their life knowing what a broken toothpick feels like.
Power: Saluki is strong. The definition of Strong. Her physical strength is unrivaled by anyone else and she can take a bullet or 20 from a Mortar and brush it off like someone blew soot on her. Her immense strength comes mostly from a strong will rather than body building, so being the type who likes to protect the weak and punish bullies, She gave herself a strong body that really puts the Guardian in Guardian Angel.

Trivia:
As Saluki is from The Ratzu universe and NOT Starmaninja, she is NOT a Starmaninjian. But like I said in Sprite's image, THIS is where the design of the Starmaninjians originally came from anyway. The Starmaninjians wouldn't come to exist until Siberia, the daughter of Sylvia came to life anyway and Saluki met Sylvia as a child, back when she was known as Suna.
The name Spiritual Ratzus come from the fact that all of the Spiritual Ratzus are Deities in thier own right. They all serve as Guardian Angels for those in the Starmaninjian universe as they are all in a sense ancestors of Siberia, the Starmaninjians' creator. They refer to themselves as Guardian Angels.
Saluki's design is heavily inspired from Rita from Oliver and Company. Her personality is more of an inference given Rita kind of has that dominant appeal to her as well. <3 <3
Saluki is often imagined as feral for the same reason as above, but in her home world, she's usually anthro anyway.
Saluki is NOT related to Sylvia by blood, nor is she Solara. She was just one of several beings created by Polaratzu (aka Shrine or Polara), the Original Ratzu.
Oh yes! She's a very dominant type and I just love her character concept! I often imagine her being the leader of some kind of underground Dominatrix gang where she serves as the queen and leader. So many fun fantasies with her!

Thanks for the tip actually. Yes she was more or less retconnned so it's a good point to have that noted. I do often like to revive old characters of mine, but as the stories advance with each moment, some things end up changing slightly. Kia Stealthinja got a TON of retcons. So some characters I intentionally avoid drawing until I have a better idea of their story.
