Important notes: His mohawk is red on the bangs and slowly progresses into black and finally into white. He never fully buttons his shirts or zips his jacket up because he feels like he's choking. His paw pads are sensitive to the cold so he keeps them in the pockets of his jeans. He smokes a lot and he can't run for too long without coughing or feeling breathless.
Personality
He tries to act tough but when he's under a lot of pressure, he becomes a nervous wreck. He tries to be nice, but he can be mean. He loves to show off his teeth when he grins. Very clumsy but he knows what he's doing most of the time. He has a habit of pinching his knuckles when he becomes nervous, anxious, or stressed. He also has an unhealthy obsession with bugs, especially cockroaches. He's never learned his lesson on not playing with fire because he burns himself often. Has slight experience in cooking--and he makes good chicken! Sometimes he can get out of hand or get easily distracted. He becomes startled by loud noises. He also is very emotional but tries to hide his tears. He often thinks of himself as the worst but he loves himself--often juggling his self hate on daily basis. He loves to explore but he has a fear of dark spaces.

Background/History
As a pup, Dave and his brother were taken away from their parents after they were shot for having rabies. They were introduced to a new family and lived a good life until they had to move out. Dave was kicked out because he stole from his foster parents to buy what he wanted--mainly cigarettes and new shoes. He had a bad habit of stealing and was once beaten by gangsters in an attempt to steal from them as well. They used water torture and since then, he has a fear of drowning or water on his face. After he did two years in jail, he found out he had a passion for styling hair and opened a hair salon. He's been crime-free since he was 20.
