alter didn't make this one, the magic circle is different, remember the magic circle represents who made the card....also if a kiss or sex can make the card i think that alter in his rush to science forgot that you can get the same genetic data from a single drop of blood....or maybe he intentional didn't make the spell that way cause hes scared of blood hehehe
thated be kinda funny, researched craze and wanting to learn everything about biology and such but he gets queezy at the sight of event he slightest bit of blood

Laws and Justice is not a power and is subject to interpretations by everyone who are affected by them.

A Lawyer's job is to convince a judge and or jury of a defendant's guilt or innocence depending on where they stand with or against the defendant. In that convincing, the lawyer will make statements that can prove a law is unjust in a case or demand the harshest punishment under the law. This is where total knowledge of the law and how past cases against them went is a must. This requires a lot of study and preparation. It is what Twilight does in the library of knowledge, but Lawy has to do this in the library of Laws.

If anything Lawy has the power of Interpreting the Law and the power of Convincing How The Law is to be Interpreted. Only a Judge has the power to execute the law and conduct justice, though there has been a couple of judges in MLP, the highest judge of MLP Laws falls upon Celestia.
