Personality
R is extremely laid back, but still rather mischievous in his advanced years of living. By all means, he believes he deserves to just chill for the rest of his (damn near) eternal life, but his friends and family provides the right amount of adventure that makes his life interesting. Most who meet him call him an eccentric old bastard; those who KNOW him knows he's a very family centric and reliable old bastard, even if he does complain about the crazier people in his life. He has an acute fear of loneliness, and being alone for long periods of time causes him to become depressed. With that, he cherishes his friends and family deeply, even if he has odd ways of showing it at times.
Another thing to note is that even though godhood is easily within his reach, he finds his massive reserves of power debilitating, especially since people and things died by just being around him as a kid. Also, views immortality as a curse, especially with no one to spend it with.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Friends, his family, spending time with people he can stand, calm and content silences, a good read, fighting and sparring (especially when he has to exert himself), sleeping, a good adventure, his affectionately named "Red-Eyes". Also, he's EXTREMELY content with being at Kura's beck and all, as much as he complains about it.
Dislikes: Being alone, unnerving silences, people who betray their friends, anyone who threatens his friends and family, his inherit immortality, his demigod level powers, godhood in general, losing his loved ones in any way, anyone who disses the clarinet.
Background/History
R Redgrave's life began when he was born to the union of a goddess and a non-mortal named Joel. Ironically, his mother died shortly after giving birth to him, only able to give a lot of her divine energy and a name to him before passing. Even as a kid, R's power was massive, to the point where it was regular occurrence for small insects and critters to fall dead around him if they're there long enough, and the other kids to fall extremely ill around him at the least. This led to him becoming a bit of a pariah, and a longstanding problem with loneliness follows him to this day.
One day, however, a married couple who were good friends of Joel's dropped by, bringing with them their own kid, a wild and rambunctious pup by the name of Kura, who soon became R's dearest friend. She wasn't affected in the least by the power he gave off, and her antics and visits became a constant ward from the loneliness that plagued him. It also gave him a chance to make other friends, one with her younger brother, Shiro, and another with a hare from his dad's home, Sever.
As he grew older, Kura and her family dissapeared for a long while due to a purge happening in her home. During that time, R tried to find her in the chaos, but they ended up getting separated just as they found each other. R was devistated greatly by the loss of his best friend, and though he desperately tried to search for her, there was no trace to be found of her or her family, just the news that any chance of anyone from her home surviving the genocidal purge was almost nonexistant.
He mourned losing her, but time and loneliness caused him to all but forget even her name, just that there was someone dear to him. Destiny played an interesting game with their paths though, as more than a century passed for him as he found her again, only neither could recognize each other. Sill, they met again and again throughout the years, inadvertedly picking up where they left off, though neither even knew (or cared to ask yet) who their mysterious lovers were, only that he was her "Gray fur", and she his "Red Eyes".
R drifted from Era to era, experiencing new things, fighting wars for those who couldn't help themselves, was a patron deity for a stint in Egypt, and hell, he even made new lasting friendships people who were as long lived as he was, if not less. During WWII, however, when he was enlisted in the Allied forces, he and Kura conceived in an extremely passionate meeting, and sometime just before the end of the war, he found out he was a father to a son, Gryphon. Their reunion was short lived, however, as they were at ground zero for a massive bombing.
When he woke up sometime aftewards, he discovered he was found in a critical state, 'miraculously' healing, save for the blow of the blast rendering him slightly amneisiatic, forgetting all about Kura and the fact he had a son...and leaving him only with the fact his soulmate was out there somewhere, and that she might very well be dead.
Sometime near the present, R met and tried to settle with a labrador named Gina Reive. It went well at first, they even had twins in the form of Dante and Vergil. However, it started going south, as Gina felt a bit of rising resentment when it seemed like R was only forcing himself to love her while his heart belonged to someone else. It came to a head when Gina finally decided to leave him and the boys, something that affected R deeply, as he did love her. Even still, he raised his kids as best as he could, making sure they could fend for themselves especially.
Later along the line, he met Kura again, she having been widowed much later than R with trying to move on, being left with a daughter the same age as Dante's son, Jazz. Eventually, he and Kura fell in love all over again...albeit after a drunken "one-night" standing that got her knocked up with Zydane. As they lived together, they steadily recalled their lost history together, a history they build on even to this day as eternal lovers.

World/Setting

R's power manifests in his near complete control and manipulation of space. He can do just about anything with the right amount of output. Warping from one place to the other, bending space around him, creating warpholes for transportation and surprise attacks, he can even create an isolated entropy event.
With the blood he inherited from his mother, R is also able to produce and channel divine energy at varying degrees, most commonly in the form of energy blasts. Unfortunately, a passive trait this massive reserve of energy has is that in tandem with his space powers, it exerts a pressure that normal people are unable to handle, even causing certain supernatural being extreme unease. He had to train to harness that power, and even then, he had to take extra measures to seal it so it doesn't affect most people.
As well as these powers and abilities, R himself is an extremely lethal fighter with millenia of experience and powess under his belt.
Body
Standing at 6'2" and weighing 210 lbs, R looks like a man in his prime despite his age, his only giveaways being how he carries himself, a slight coarseness of his fur, and a tired, but still spry light in his goldish yellow eyes. His coat's base color is gray, with a red mask and ringtails, white fur coating his underbelly, the underside and the tip of his tail, and an X marking between his eyes. He also has a splash of dark gray on three of his paws, save for his right one, and his ears. In terms of flesh colors, his nose is a dark gray, the pads on his gray colored paws being a pink color (as is most of his bare skin), and the pad on his right paw being a bronze color.
He has a few scars that have lasted him throughout the years: a stab wound under his ribs, and some claw marks across the base of his back. One last permanent mark that was recently added was a crimson "K" 'lovingly stitched' (actually tattoed) over his heart.
Clothing
R's choice of clothing coincides with his laziness. He wears a buttoned up jacket, always open to show a t-shirt underneath, khaki pants, and an undone tie around his neck. He would try to 'clean up', so to speak, if there was a need to, but he'd rather not.
Accessories
A very unecessary walking cane that turns into his trusty spear/halberd when he needs it.
