This took me way too long, but it's as done as I can stand. This is my submission for the TA Halloween contest. I've always liked Nei's design and I think Sally has a pretty similar body type. I wish I could've went into a little more detail, but whatever. My other options I had set up were Ulala from Space Channel 5 or Taarna from Heavy Metal (which I'm still gonna do if I have the time).

Sally and Nei belong to Sega.
