Finally figured out how to make one of these things. It was simpler than I thought, dunno why it took me so long to do it *cough*lazy*cough*
Not as fancy as some of the others roaming around here, but it'll get the job done for now.

There was a lot more I wanted to add to this, but there wasn't enough room. Once I get some time and figure out how to make a better sheet, I'll do so. Until then, lets see if this one helps gain some proceeds for my bills xD
