Shadow owns a club and Cream is meant to be one of the club's... whatdo you call them... attractions, shall we say. So vanilla is preparing her.
The club has a certain dress code. All 'attractions' must be bound and dressed as such. She'll likely get roles as both a model and a waitress, with a tray dangling off her front.
