Jacob Raffel lights another cigarette. His insomnia has gotten to him again this night. If it weren't for his frequent night terrors he might be in better health. Though his unhappiness stems farther then his dreams. He was a good man working on the force bringing down crime. Working all hours to save the city from crime. His family suffered. He got a reputation for being the cop that brought down all the big criminals. it was only a matter of time. He watched as His wife and daughter were shot. Bullets meant for his life not there's, Since then hes never been quite the same. The Force stooped him from tracking down the people that killed his family. That day he quit vowing never to return to help those that turned there back on him. Maby its his wish to die that makes him chain smoke as he does. Maby the smell of tobacco is the only thing that reminds him of his wife. All we will know for certain is that hes tired. Tired of everything....
