Shovel Knight is a recent favorite of mine. Because of the existence of King Knight I decided that my Jewel Beetle princess needed a giant gem-studded mace as her weapon of choice. I also figure her mecha needs some scintillating powers... probably lasers too!

She's definitely got a thing for the bling. A bop on the top makes anyone drop.

But yeah, she has a collection of large studded rods. Gotta keep the look fresh.
