You would need some kind of tracking logistics to account for their location, and predict where they're going and when they'll get off based off a hub in their smart phones.
It would give other people an estimate of when they're going to exit the train based on how close they are to their most visited destination.
Smart watches in America are already doing this with people by studying their normal routines of exercising and going back and forth to work.
