Charlotte or Carlie is a female Irsyl (bat), a witch, and lead guitarist for the witch metal band Blöody Wÿtchcraft.

Though she is cute and curvacious, Carlie's slightly taller and much bustier sister Rosette unwittingly gives her a significant inferiority complex. Because of this, her temper can exhaust very quickly and she can be reckless.

Carlie's electric guitar serves as her broomstick & magic wand, and is usually ridden sidesaddle. She can spread any spell she casts across the entire area its sound reaches, but the spell will weaken in proportion to its area of effect.
