It a pic of Wolfgang and Nightshade's children Night Howler, Nocturnia, and Andrew, and Dr. Krankcase's and Luminous' son Boltclank eating lunch at the Villain Academy. As for what they're having for lunch...

Night Howler: A hamburger with fries, and a root beer.

Nocturnia: A sandwich and cookies, and a lemon lime soda.

Andrew: A hot dog and some yogurt, and a soda.

Boltclank: A pizza with a candy bar, a pickle, and cola.
