Character Description
Dukey is an orphan who lives in the orphanage in the Gomuun District of Diegoltun but managed to run away shortly before Tray's arrival in Diegoltun. In the early part of the game you can find her camping out in West Diegol Forest before she either gives up and goes back home or is found and taken back. She also escapes at multiple points throughout the year where you can find her hiding somewhere. At one point in the game if you talk to her she asks for a special kind of energy drive that can only be found in Northspark, if you don't get her that part she falls ill and goes to hospital where she lies in a coma until a replacement part is found. It's important that you make sure she does not stay in hospital at that time or you'll miss an important event.
Personality
Dukey is a rebel but ultimately a nice person. They like to play the role of a rogue and fight authority but when it's time to get serious they often run for the hills. Known as being the outgoing risk taking member of her group of friends she's rarely serious about things and often prefers to play the fool rather than do work. Dukey tries to act like the tough kids but to be honest she's a bit of a cry baby. Often choosing to avoid conflicts but brushing it off like she could if she wanted to, she may appear to be the tough kid but she aint fooling no adults. Behind it all she has a strong sense of honor and friendship but a fickle belief in rules and sometimes morals. To many she can be irritating or appear mean but it's not what she's going for. Instead she'd much rather prefer to be seen as a strong leader and a rock that others can depend on, especially since friendships are very important to her more than having thugs at her command.
Likes/Dislikes
likes honest people, nice people and people with honor, dislikes rules, authority and having to tow the line.
Background/History
Dukey was brought to the orphanage not too long ago by her birth family. Even at the time it appeared to all as if the child had been dumped there. Most were convinced the parents just simply didn't want the responsibility rather than actually being unable to cope. Dukey remembers a lot about her old family, they were very loving but also could be very heartless at times. Dukey loved them but to be honest she's better off without them. Since being in the orphanage she's been nothing but trouble and often coaxes the other children to join in her little rebellions despite the fact that the orphanage has never been that bad in the first place. Being unable to cope in her current environment ha lead her to make several escape attempts with some more successful than others. Having a loving family isn't really on Duke's agenda but deep down it's what she really wants if she can let herself forget her old family.
Relatives/Family
Dukey's birth family dumped her in the orphanage rather than look after their child. She often says that she's doesn't care about her old family but it affects her quite strongly. The orphanage hopes she'll get a nice family that will love and tolerate her one day but Duke is not one for playing ball. For now her friends at the orphanage are the nearest to siblings and, though she may not admit it, the workers there are more like parents to her.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
Dukey has a body in the shape of a spitfire with a jet engine in place of her prop engine. She has a shiny grey metal body with a canopy visor that looks like two conjoined eyes. The heads up display shines two red lights onto the windscreen that resemble eyes and the front wheel's landing gear hatch under the cockpit acts like a mouth. On her chest is the output vent for the jet engine which points down her body allowing her to hover upright with ease.
Clothing
Dukey wears a 3 piece skin suit that has blue on the front and green on the back with a white band to separate the two. The top piece covers her head and has a hole for her eyes and mouth as well as her jets intake. The mid piece covers her chest and wings and has a hole for her jet's output vent. The lower piece covers her lower body and tail section, including the fins and flaps.
Accessories
Dukey rarely thinks to carry any important things with her but if needed she has a red rucksack she keeps school things in.

Duke is a character made by Spifi modeled after her own persona. In the Albion universe there are world war 2 style planes with futuristic adaptations added to them. The most common being the spitfire with a jet engine as seen above but Duke has the rarer green and blue color pattern. Most assume that the name choice is a mistake since Duke is female but dukes are inherently male. The name actually refers to a specific person in history Queen Duke Rudlint or as most know her Boudica which translates as 'of the archers'. That's because it's a title and not a name like "Duke Rudlint" is. The first name means 'heir' but it was a common name at the time and was used flippantly without meaning like 'John' or 'Jack' or the female equivalents 'Joan' and 'Jacqueline'. The surname however belongs to the dynasty of the Rudlint empire or the 'Red Shield'. Rudlint was a word that was thrown around at that time to refer to anyone who sided with the Vikings over the Romans and that's probably how Boudica's parents or ancestors got the surname but Boudica herself inherited it from her parents like surnames usually work. Boutica famously lead the Viking revolt against the oppressive invading Roman forces in England. For that reason Duke and Rudlint are common names around Grenwuld, which is very medieval themed, especially within a community of warplane anthropomorphs. Spifi gave me permission to post this character via Mon who is a mutual friend.

the aviators were going mad begging me to put a Showa-Du'un in the game.
I hope they're happy with the one I've chosen.
