This is a gift for Psychoewok, better known as Char, he's one of the e621 and Furry Network admins. (and ex co-founder of the original AGNPH revival)
His Pokesona Char is a really cute tribal mid evolved Charmander, he came way before than Charmandrigo.
I couldn't resist draw him, I been looking at this character for some years now.
