My last minute entry to a "Spring" themed contest on DeviantArt through the dABDL group. I decided to take a couple of Pokemon characters of mine and place them in some nice spring picnic country. For those who don't know; the Pikachu is Peony and the Pichu is her sister Bluebell. This is my first time showing Bluebell with her design and name, however I've had the character in the works almost as far back as Peony.
I used seriously close to 40 layers on this pic, which I merged down to about half that by the end. I may have done this last minute, but I sure spent a lot of time on it. I experimented a lot, and I'm really happy with the result.
