Hm. I suppose my level of interest would depend on what you'd be charging for 'em. I have no idea how much work goes into these.

and that's the problem, I'm not sure about it... it's not too hard. It's a literal Paint and replace thing but it's also a pain in the ass. for this template there are 14 Mixed layers that cant be renamed and another 3 layers each for color and doodling.

The other's are about 14 layers per character and another 15 per other limb set, hair poses and the like... I've got 16 Poses and stuff. I'mma need to work with to get better at them.

SO FAR I'm thinking $40

That seems like an awful lot of effort.  $40 sounds on the cheap side really, if it's that much of a pain in the butt.

Though in a similar, probably even MORE pain in the neck, but people might pay rather more for vein, FaceRig now has a DLC that enables 2D avatars. (FaceRig is a virtual webcam driver that uses your camera and maps your movements, etc onto a model in realtime. Base program does 3D modeled stuff, the addon does 2d. It's rather neat. It feeds the video to Skype or whatever.)

If you can do this I'd imagine you can hack the FaceRig 2D animation. http://store.steampowered.com/app/420680/
