Forming this team of heroes are the likes of Sonark (Sonic), Princess Amy, Tiny R (Rotor), Knuckson (Knuckles) and Tailsop (Tails).
Originally appearing in Sonic Super Special #12 http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/4/48801/9..., these characters made only 1 appearance in the comic series, which I think is a real shame, because these guys were pretty cool. Now because of the whole Genesis Wave bit, the possibility of their return is even more minuscule, now... (sigh) reality can really bum you out sometimes... but thanks to reprints these guys can live on.
