Originally made back in 2013 for an art jam hosted by JaviDLuffy on DA, the theme being "Cartoons Mixed-Up" where you'd draw one character dressed as another, and this was one of my entries. The others being my Kyoshi Vanellope picture and a couple others.
Outfit is based on Stella from Interstella 5555 for those who aren't familiar with it.
