Though she knows what to expect, her mind - still shaking off the sedation - is still trying to figure out how her entire paws can fit into the slim profile of that boot. Give her about ten more seconds, though, and she'll remember that all of her "dewclaws" were removed as a part of her conversion, to better fit her uniform.
