Technically this was an old sketch from way back in 2012. That I went back and corrected (heavily) and Colored. I completely forgot to upload this. It was originally intend to go up around August. Though as a result of me forgetting about it. It gave me a chance to make a better looking Simple Background for it.

Been quite awhile since I've drawn "Neptune". Changing her first name to Nerida, because seriously how the hell did I miss that mistake!? XD
