Day-O is now ruined for me forever :(

Because I sang it poorly, or because the story reveals how hard it is?

Reminds me of what I hear of sugarcane workers and coffee bean pickers.

I try to be fairly true to life.

It seems like what you have there is.
I've depicted a 3rd world way of life the best I could present it for a family of meerkat characters in the text one of my stories.

On the flip side of the coin, this one here is about a family of multi-billoinaire rats who are of the elite old money (illuminaties).
One of the sons grows up to become a perverted doctor (The rat version of Dr. John Harvey Kellogg). Dr. Rat is also ungrateful, scoundrelous, uncaring and inconsiderate, and treats the poor like something to laugh at.

Aww. Knowing the backstory of the banana farmers and industry, the song sure has a different feel and meaning to it. <:'
But you sang it wonderfully! Well done! ^_^

I try to do research into every chapter.
