Most people know of Ozzie in his baby form, and so few see him as an adult. That's because he loves being a baby, and uses his magic to stay that way. In fact, he's done it so long that now it has become more difficult to remain in adult form. It has certainly cost him his potty training at any age, which is why he is always diapered. But sometimes he needs to be an adult when going to the store or to get something. On this day, Ozzie happens to see an advertisement for "Tinkle Bottoms" baby diapers and his mind snaps back to his baby days. Before he knows it, he has shrunk so much so fast that he is caught hovering in mid air for a moment as his clothes engulf him, including his thick padding. Now all anyone sees is the little nakie baby sitting amongst big baby clothes. Hopefully a certain munk, who has been following him, will swoop out in time to catch him and take him back home. ^^
