Just as a note for future reference: In English, you don't need to specify you "have" something like luck. There's really no "proper" translation for that use of tener.

Aunque "folks" normalmente es "padres". No siempre, pero normalmente.
No sabría qué decir, realmente. Irías por lo seguro diciendo "your family", pero no queda muy natural.
