Here's Siberia in her natural form. It's been a LONG while since I last drew her and colored her like this, but this has been sitting on my computer for awhile (mostly cause I was conflicted on if this was Luna or Siberia, mostly because of her eyes). This is the form you'll usually see Siberia, even in spin offs since her anthro form is an alternate form made purely for the sake of having an idol for the Starmaninjians to look up to. She is normally seen sleeping in the options room, which is very appropriate because of all beings, she's the only one who could change such settings like how loud the world is and whether or not everyone can speak. If you talk to her, she'll give you various tips on more things you can do to head towards 100%ing the game.
Interestingly, you CAN play as Siberia in this form, but unlocking her is quite an endeavor. You must practically 100% the game to play as her in most cases, but she rewards you with having better than average stats across the board, but more importantly, unlike the goddesses, she is actually a reward you can use. In otherwords, she's "Tournament Legal" so you can use her in any solo mode (but you wont' be able to use her in online versus modes because she's OP).
As far as canonical games, she is only playable during special battles in Starmaninja Galaxy 2: Starmaninja Story Part1, and during the final battle in Part 2.
As for her role in the story, you already know the history behind Siberia, but as a Starmaninjian, she spends most of her time napping in Nocturatzu forest, or usually Siberia Sanctuary in the goddess dimension. During Kao Ninjaratzu's era though, she spends a lot of her time forcing Intrusion to see the world she has created and teach him a series of valuable lessons. Amusingly, Intrusion is the only person to ever see Siberia get annoyed or angry, as she usually breaks character to insult him when he tries to distract her with Earth logic therefore missing the point. (She also gets angry in the non-canonical ending where she is the one to deal the final blow to Resistus, admitting that that's for killing Kiara). Beyond that, Sibes is very omnipotent, not afraid of anything, even among her own plane, and takes great pleasure in keeping the Starmaninjian universe spinning and growing.
Personality: Sibes' personality is extremely humble and kind. She doesn't show much emotion beyond an innocent smile and tends to speak slower than usual due to the gun wound on her forehead, but she is unbelievably intelligent, enough to build an entire universe and then some. She often goes around keeping an eye on things and consoling those who come across her from other universes looking for wisdom or advice (which rarely happens, as Kao's the first one they meet and Kao has severe trust issues). Admittingly, even Polara, the original creator of the Ratzus deeply admires Siberia for what she managed to accomplish, breathing eternal life for everyone who is willing to live among the Starmaninjians.
Power: Well, lets see.... Within her universe, she has power over everything and everything. Infinity is less than the reign she has because anything thrown at her, she can change it. Sure she has outside influences and takes a lot of inspiration from things she sees in other universes, but everything within her bubble is hers to control without question. Outside of her universe, she has no power and she knows this. That's why she very rarely will venture out of Starmaninja because she has no reason to put herself at risk when at home she has everything she needs. Of course, her power will never be fully realizable on Earth anyway..., but honestly, she knows there are more Wolfgangs out there just waiting for thier dreams to be realized, living among those who want nothing but agony for everyone else. The lights turn on when it's time to reveal the room, but for those who turn it off...that's their problem.

Trivia:
Siberia is called Sibes for short. She never calls herself that, but Wolfgang's slang like vocabulary made it fitting none the less.
She is called Siberia because that's where Wolfgang's best friend's people came from, Siberia. She's named such as a tribute.
Siberia can feel a wide range of emotions, but usually only shows innocent happiness because the gun wound kind of paralyzed her face. She can still make expressions, but usually doesn't worry about much enough to make them. The gun wound also messed up her communication skills, making her stammer slightly and speak slower than usual. Incedently, Skyla has a similar trait from the Ratzu universe, but hers is due to an accident on the satellite and falling from a very high height.
Siberia has 4 toes on her hind paws and 3 on her front paws to appear "oblong" to the Starmaninjians and other Ratzus, who normally have 3 toes on thier hind paws and either 3 toes on their front paws, or 4 fingers and a thumb. However, the look ended up being so appealing that they started making more Starmaninjians have 4 toes naturally, even the Koyas took appeal to that with Zodia having 4 toes, as well as many Rizus.
Siberia can't have children directly. Due to the nature of who she is and how Starmaninja is set up, she is unable to have biological Starmaninjian children. If she were to, she would simply create the child as she did everyone else. That doesn't mean she can't have all the sex she wants, but due to her reclusive nature, she only really does it with Kao, who often has to go out of his way to visit her. Kiara on the other hand CAN have Starmaninjian children because she isn't THE creator and therefore can live in the universe as a normal Starmaninjian, which she did...twice...
For reasons she can't really explain, she has an extremely strong watersports fetish. It's about as strong as Kao's paw fetish. Though she likes paws too (as all Stars pretty much do, comes with being a Star), the watersports thing is more of a personal thing of hers.
