Here's Raisha again, the granddaughter of Kao and daughter of Wolfen and Rhozia. She is younger than Rhozen by about 5 years. Despite her young age, she is extremely mature and seems to be very in control over everything she does, to the point that very few people realize she's actually blind. She was able to see when she was born, but after about a year, her vision started to go away until she eventually lost the complete ability to see. Everything appeared a solid green color and she could only make out very bright lights and faint outlines, but most details were just unsensable to her. Others usually realize this when she speaks to them and they notice she rarely moves her pupils or even stares off into space while talking to them conversationally. This shortcoming caused Rhozen to be exceptionally protective of his younger sister, doing everything in his power to guide and protect her, but he knows deep down that there's a lot more to her than meets the eye, no pun intended.
Over the years, to compensate for her blindness, she trained with her mother to learn to master all of her other senses to extreme levels. So much in fact that she developed psychic powers and is able to use those powers to sense what's around her, even if she can't see whats there. This often freaks out enemies who wonder how she possibly knew they were there from miles away or behind a solid wall, proving that without her eyes, she can somehow see what those with eyes cannot, and since she can't use her eyes, that just enhances her imagination to create a restructuring of the world around her and "see" that way. The only ones she can see clear as crystal are her family, especially Rhozen, who she heavily looks up to.
Personality: Raisha is very quiet when she speaks, but always sounds very assured of everything she says. She has a strong sense of confidence in her abilities, even despite her brother constantly worrying about her, and never tends to feel like she needs to prove herself to anyone despite her handicap. She doesn't fancy fighting much, but is willing to do so if necessary. Interestingly, she tends to be the most distracted member of the group (and giving one of the members of the group is almost literally like Pinky from Pinky and the Brain, that's saying something), but her daydreamy visions kind of guide the team on a path they otherwise never would've thought. A kind of spiritual journey in a sense.
Power: Raisha doesn't move much, taking more after her mother, but instead uses magic and wits to best her opponents. She can strategize over a million moves ahead and even beat someone at chess without even looking at the board. Her defenses leave a lot to be desired, but her magic skills and ability to manipulate stats easily more than make up for it.

Trivia:
1. Yes it's ironic she wears high heels despite being blind. You'd think she'd want to feel the ground under her toes to sense where enemies come from, but she finds that wearing the heels helps enhance her psychic energies because she's forced to rely less on her sense of touch. Therefore allowing her to sense aerial objects and soft object more easily.
2. Raisha doesn't speak much because she's used to her mother's botanian tongue. Likewise, Rhozen also speaks very rapidly and in short bursts of words for the same reason. Raisha's vocabulary is stronger than Rhozen's though, but her thick accent can make long conversations hard to understand (Her voice is very squeaky and scratchy as if a squirrel is trying to speak english but can't seem to nail it).
3. Raisha sometimes moves her eyes, but it's less about being able to see and more about being able to focus. She finds when she "looks" in a specific direction, it's easier to focus her energy in that direction. Odds are high if she's not looking in the same direction as everyone else, the bigger threat is where she's looking.
4. Raisha's normally topless like her mother, but I had to draw a shirt on her cause she's a young child.
5. You'd think Wolfen would be the one overprotective of Raisha, but after living with Rhozia for over a decade, he learned (the hard way) that Botanians are simply better at surviivng in the wild than Starninjians...by more than a mile. In fact, Raisha's the one worrying about her father typically while Wolfen kind of sees her as a kind of "older sister he never had" despite her being his daughter. Also amusing, Kao has the same relationship with Kiara, who acts more like a mother to him, despite being his daughter.
6. Raisha firmly believes her blindness is a tribute to her late grandmother Kia Stealthinja, who used invisibility to become unnoticeable. She believes that with the ability to "see" Kia, she has mastered the challenge her grandmother would've given her. Kiara actually shed a tear when she found out and decided to keep watching the grandkids from secretly inside Wolfen. The kids know who Kiara is, but firmly see Kiara as their deceased grandmother, as opposed to the Goddess of Starmaninja. (and yes, despite Kia being Kiara in disguise, Kia Stealthinja does canonically die.)
