Since Silvia and Mystic live in the same world, it would only make sense that they meet some day.
The great steppes do separated the north from the south, with a massive desert beyond it. So when Silvia finally decided to travel further south she eventually has to pass the the great steppes where Mystic gems kind resides.
So here it is, Silvia and mystic trotting around the steppes outside Mystic's village with Silvia trying to make her flustered.
