There was never a security video of Cheesah Meerkat beating up Dr. Zander Rat in the hospital parking lot shortly before Christmas of 2013. Days before that happened, lightning had directly struck one of the security cameras and took out the rest of the cameras that monitored the parking lot...Maybe lightning should have struck Dr. Rat instead, LOL. When Zander Rat got two ribs broke, his groin kicked, the cornea jarred loose from his right eye, eight teeth knocked out, his jaw busted, and his lower lip split open, this was all the monitor screens inside the hospital security office were showing...Speak about rotten luck. While Dr. Rat was still laid up in the hospital, his car was also vandalized out in the parking lot. The cameras were finally replaced though, thus putting the parking lot video surveillance system back in service...but after Dr. Rat's car had already been vandalized.
Cheesah Meerkat, his nephew Raphael, and Habbar Fossa, still being young, never gave it any thought there were normally security cameras around. They were just lucky the system was down, otherwise the attack on Dr. Zander Rat would have been all caught on video.
Of course, the surveillance system for the hospital hallways was working, but the catch 22 for Zander Rat was the attack took place out in the parking lot.

Actually, it was the one camera that was directly struck, then a voltage surge from the lightning strike traveled down the cable to the main processor and took it out...Without the processor, nothing else worked. The rest of the cameras, including the monitors, were OK...It was an older system that relied on a processor to run everything.
