Thumbnail looked like the car on the left was a police car ordering the other to PULL OVER ! Last thing you want , esp. when you are driving reasonably safe, is a police car on your tail, for some reason.
(One cop gave a dead man a ticket for "illegal parking" even tho he was dead & swarming with flies. Another in a similar situation actually pulled the decaying corpse out & beat him !)
