Two O.C.s I doodled up. They're a Megakat City sewage treatment manager and a foreman. I've tentatively named them Dave and Keith. They're intended for a half-baked idea involving Dr. Viper and don't really come to happy ends, considering, yes, they're supposed to get mutated.
The manager is overweight, cranky, overworked guy who really hates his job because he has so many treatment plants to inspect every day. The foreman is a more likable guy who is nonetheless a little, well, let's say wary about exactly what can be found in the innermost depths of Megakat City's sewers.
