If there's an alternate version of each one of the mane six, there could be six different alternate universes; for each universe, there's a ten moon offset for each pairing, for a total of five pairings per universe; e.g. there might be a maximum of six different strong ponies, but only one can cross over at a time. If the timing was equitemporal between each crossover, there would be a two moon period between each visit; this means a total of 26 crossovers annually. That's assuming that no Twilight Sparkle from any universe would be able to improve the mirror magic to allow longer crossover periods, shorter wait periods, and an increased number of multiple universe crossovers at the same time (e.g. a mane six composed entirely of strong ponies with minimal wait time and maximum open mirror time).
