No, I have no idea what's going on here. Sometimes I don't have any given situation in mind; I just wanna see what something'll look like if I draw it. In this case, I was thinking of how often Chip 'n Dale got all dressed up on Rescue Rangers, and thought it'd been a while since I'd done anything on this theme. I drew Chip in the yellow housedress Dale ended up in, in the episode "Out Of Scale", and put Dale in a rubber fetish Minnie costume, complete with obligatory giant puffy bloomers. (Note that Dale's ears are disguised by the bow.) Whatever's going on, it looks like Dale has cooked up some wild scheme and Chip is less than enthusiastic about being made a part of it...
