Mobile clinics offering gentling operating across towns, following a quick marketing blitz, and gone before we can figure out what's going on? Well, people stealing business from each other is a normal course of affairs. However, they're borrowing heavily from our marketing playbook, and according to some, cutting corners and/or not asking needful questions. They've forced my Bodyshoppe into positions I'm not proud of us taking, not that I own enough stock to do anything but complain loudly at the meetings.
