Norman being hoisted aloft by his brother Justin, who's supposed to be about 7th grade or so. ^^
Love Justin's facial expression here.

Love it when boys gets to be boys.

What is it about that, anyway?
I only did a fraction of what my characters do.~
But what is it about boys being boys?

This was the age--and size-- when us boys could rough-house and throw each other around without worrying about breaking this or pulling that or throwing this out of joint. Once you start truly growing up, things get heavier, bigger, longer (clean thoughts, now!), more difficult, more dangerous. A lot of those crazy stunts you did in fourth or fifth grade start getting harder to pull off in Junior High. You have more body to think about now, and everything needs more effort and moves slower, too. And your head keeps getting higher and higher off the ground.

Almost seems too good to be true, like they're going to start fighting any minute!

Knowing them as I do, I don't think that'll happen. Just the age difference alone.

That said, I think they have wrestled, and the kindergartener is surprisingly intense.~

You know, I have to agree with you.  They're tenacious buggers!
