This two-sided key chainery actually took quite a lot of work. Pick a side!

Remove §alacorn§ in favor of §alicorn§.

"Alicorn" isn't missing. It's tagged as well.

All the better, but §alacorn§ is wrong.

Somehow, I was expecting you to say something like that. Perhaps because we've already been through that discussion previously. Maybe I can explain it a little better this time though.

"Alacorn" isn't any more incorrect than "alicorn", in fact you could easily argue it is more correct, outside of the MLP context. So, while "alicorn" is the canon term in MLP, "alacorn" still has a broad platform outside of it. So, by including both you can ensure that anyone who searches for the hybrid/species itself will find my ridiculous princess horses.

Both of the terms have their origins from crafted words by writers. "Alicorn" amusingly, was the name used for the dust you get when you render a unicorn horn. "Alacorn" is a word derived from existing Latin, albeit quite clumsily (but then, most Latin used today is). Both words are really rather new and hardly accepted as uniform and definitive.

§alicorn§ is canonical term. Canonically other terms mean less than nothing.

So, what you're saying is that inside the bread box only bread matters. I'm outside the bread box, and can give my sandwiches to whomever I choose.

I don't think that is appropriate analogue.

Here's how it works: I explain what the terms mean outside of a particular canon (the breadbox), and you point out that within the canon, only the term that is used (the bread) means anything.

This is a wider platform, not even just because other universes are featured on it, but also because people entirely unfamiliar to MLP can find enjoyment in the art inspired by it.

It's only being considerate.

Yea, :) Is alright, I almost thought it was Celestia at first but I looked closer and noticed the difference. Manes are similar, but the coloring is different.
